  • 200ml Soya milk
  • Splash unsweetened Almond milk
  • 200ml Silken tofu
  • 2tsp Canderel Stevia Crunchy
  • 2tsp chai seeds
  • Handful strawberries, hulled
  • Handful blueberries


  1. Add the Soya milk silken tofu, Canderel Sweet Crunchy and chai sees to a liquidiser and blitz until well combined.
  2. Now throw in the fruit and blitz again until well mixed, top up with a little more soya milk if too thick then pour out into glass and serve

Cook’s tip: This will thicken some more if you leave it in the fridge to chill
